Friday's Foto Fun with Pumpkins

It's time for Carrie's Friday Foto Fun:-)

This is the one and only pumpkin that my garden produced this year. I guess if you don't have quantity, you have to have quality:-)

That is a very nice pumpkin! We had several pumpkins this year but they were all to early and are rotton now. I would much rather have your 1 perfect pumpkin than my 10 rotton ones!

one pumpkin? well, then I guess it's good it was that one. My friend down the street went to the local nursery last spring to get seeds and apparantly someone (probably a child) went through the bins and mixed up a bunch of seeds. She ended up with beans, peppers, and squashes that she had never even heard of before!

That is one gorgeous pumpkin. It's perfect.

By the way, did you see the cupcake that Bakerella is entering in the Iron Cupcake? Is that a regional contest or does it travel? It sounds like a lot of fun.

FarmGirl said...

I am so jealous that you had a pumpking (even if it was just one!) Our pumpkin seeds are somewhere along the Missouri River, as the rains this year washed them away.
