We had such great weather this weekend however is too early in the season to do anything outside. It did inspire me to get my spring plants ready.
I didn't get as much done this weekend on my indoor garden as I wanted to. I was able to repot my five pots of impatiens. That is what you see here under the grow light. Once they have re-established in the new soil, I will prune off the leggy looking portion so the healthy new growth will come through.
I also repotted 2 ferns (not pictured here). Next week, I have got to get my seedlings transplanted into bigger pots and start some new ones. A gardeners work is never done:-)

I just checked out a book about container gardening. The kids and I are going to try our hands at it. :D
You just flipping amaze me.
I love them. At my last house we had a ton of shade and both of these worked great there! Have fun!
Stopping by to say Hi! You were a post above mine on SITS. I tried my hand at gardening several months ago and loved it, but I get so distracted with the kids my plants get neglected...
Maybe when they are older, I will commit more..

Susie, You are amazing. I love your indoor garden.
This is so cool & makes me feel even better about Spring approaching soon. I'm ready to dig my hands in the dirt, unfortunately in our house, I don't have any space for indoor gardening. Plus, I don't think I'm anywhere near the green thumb you are!
I used to do that every winter. I'd plant seeds in containers and let them grow until planing time the following May. There is no room in my tiny little house to do that now. But I sure miss it!
How fun! Great job with the indoor plants.
Every year I pretend that I am going to start my plants from seed. Come check out my blog posts in May when I show you all the plants that I just bought from Home Depot...the ones that someone else started from seed. Aaah.
This definitely makes me want to get in my garden!
